Personal information contained at the Profile page plays an important role during verification of payment cards and when disputes on payments in fiat currencies are considered. When a claim on adding funds to the user’s balance or their withdrawal from it is raised, the dispute will be treated based on the information indicated in the user’s Profile. Take filling out this information seriously.

eXion.IO reserves the right to verify the information provided by the user at the Profile page by any available legal means. When false information is revealed, eXion.IO reserves the right to block the user’s account for further consideration.

PROFILE DATA

E-mail - the email address that serves as the login for eXion.IO. This address is indicated during registration and cannot be changed. It receives notifications about successful login attempts to the website, as well as funds added or withdrawn from the user’s balance. It is used for password restoration procedure.

Country - user’s country of citizenship. It is selected from the drop down menu. By selecting the country, the user confirms being a citizen of this state and can be held fully liable for conforming to the legislation of this state when making deals at eXion.IO.

Date of Birth - the user’s birth date. It is used for user identification.

Phone - phone number in the international format. It is used in the process of restoring the security token for two-factor authentication activated on the website.

Second e-mail - backup email address. It is used during the procedure of restoring access to the account when control of the main email address is lost.


PHOTO

User’s photo for one’s avatar. A user shall upload only one’s personal face-forward photo. The photo cannot be older than the photo in the user’s ID card. This is due to the photo being used for payment card verification. More details on verification of payment cards is available at Payment card verification.

JPG and PNG files of up to 150KB are allowed for uploading. After selecting the file to be uploaded, you can crop the picture in the popup window.

Storing of all photos is regulated by the Privacy Policy, which is stated in the Terms and Conditions.


FULL NAME

Name - user’s name. A user shall indicate one’s name that shall coincide with the name on the payment card for its verification. More details on verification of payment cards is available at Payment card verification.

Maximum length of the field is 16 characters.

Surname - user’s family name. A user shall indicate one’s family name that shall coincide with the family name on the payment card for its verification. More details on verification of payment cards is available at Payment card verification.

Maximum length of the field is 50 characters.

CHANGE PASSWORD - changing password for login to the platform. In the modal window, the new password shall be entered. Password length shall not be less than 8 characters, including upper case and lower case letters, digits and special signs. Maximum length of the password is 50 characters. Verify the password in the Repeat password field. Additionally, enter the 6-digit code from the Google Authenticator application in the Enter 2FA code field for confirming your actions. After this, press the SEND button.

It is recommended to change one’s password not less than once in two months. This will allow securing your funds at the platform.

CHANGE 2FA CODE - changing the account for two-factor authentication in the Google Authenticator app. This may be required when moving to another mobile device or tablet, or when the existing account is compromised. In the modal window, enter the 6-digit code from the Google Authenticator app. After this, press the CHANGE button.

In the popup modal window, a QR code will be provided for scanning in the Google Authenticator, as well as Provided Key for manual entering. Select the method that is more convenient for you. After these steps, a new account will be activated in the app.


2FA

BLOCK ACCOUNT - blocking your account. When this is activated, access to the platform for the account is blocked. All remaining funds both in cryptocurrency and in fiat currencies are transferred to the Storage. Active orders are discarded. Conditions of storing and returning funds from the Storage are available at the Terms and Conditions webpage in Ch. 12.

To block the account, in the modal window enter the 6-difit code from the Google Authenticator app in the Enter 2FA code field to confirm your actions. After this, press the BLOCK button.

MOBILE APP - not implemented in the current release.

CERTIFICATES - not implemented in the current release.

API - Generating keys for accessing trade operations with the help of specially developed software.

For protected personal access to trade operations via the API, the User ID along with the API Key and the Secret shall be used. IP address filtering can be used for additional security.


RestFul API

To generate the API Key and the Secret, press the Generate Key button. If an IP address has been entered into the Enter IP Address field, the generated API Key will be associated with that IP address. While using that API Key, access from other IP addresses will not be possible. If no IP address has been entered, access to the API with the generated API Key will be possible from any IP address, with no restrictions.

After the key has been generated, copy the Secret into a safe place. To start using access via some certain API Key, it shall be activated. To activate the API Key, press the Activate button next to the selected key. After the activation is processed, the Secret will be hidden behind asterisks and will become unavailable for viewing.

To delete an API Key, click on the Delete button next to the selected key. Access to the API with the help of that API Key will no longer be possible.

Only six API Key are available for simultaneous usage for any user.
